Architectural design of the hotel located at the Chopin Airport in Warsaw was developed by a renowned Jems-Architekci studio. The interior design was prepared in line with the change of the marketing strategy of the Renessaince hotel chain, which abandoned repeatability in favour of diversity and contextuality. According to the new concept, hotel interior in different cities around the world should reflect the genius loci of the particular location. |
The interior concept of the Warsaw hotel was based on transformation of Polish art and design themes that were the specific traits of modernization periods: 1920s avant-garde, 1930s industrialization as well as the thaw of the 1950s and 1960s. The scope of the design included room interiors, corridors, banquet hall, conference rooms, swimming pool, club and spa.
