When preparing the black and white photography exhibition “Powiększenie. Fotografie w czasach zgiełku”, we used the new Stefan Kisielewski Gallery at Pałac Kultury i Nauki as well as its façade. Four approximately 30 x 40 meter photographs were installed on the kernel part of Pałac Kultury i Nauki, therefore making the exhibition affect the city’s public space and aiming to encourage the discussion on the place of art and omnipresent advertising in the public space. A special exhibition system was also developed for the purposes of the exhibition. The exhibition took place as part of Festiwal Fotografii Czarno-Białej organized by Latarnik Internet portal.
